J Vessel battles not to ‘Lose Control’ in his new track with visuals

OBO Award-nominated rapper and vocalist J VESSEL is back with a brand new single ‘Lose Control’ and its accompanying visuals. With a more doctored vocal approach, J Vessel works with producer Victizzle on his new single off his upcoming album ‘The Story of Jordan James’.

I’m sure that a high percentage of people have faced this allure before, whether in small doses or in its extremities, we’ve mostly faced none the less. Its strikes me a bit to see ‘J’ deliver such a track about a very serious subject, especially in the Christian faith. A touchy subject, matter of fact a subject that has been swirling around for longer than I can remember in the Church. Sexual Lust!

A Star returns with banging new single + visual ‘180’ ft J Vessel

A Star returns with a brass heavy, grime style instrumental as per his style in ‘180 ft J Vessel’ as he prepares for the release of his new album.

J Vessel joins A Star with an infectious chorus as he sings the chorus adding to the energy on the song. A pleasant surprise, good delivery and a catchy hook that hones the point about a life changed.

The song is bound to be a sound for this summer with its energetic tone. Throw this one on in your car or speaker, definitely a head-bopper.

Jordan ‘J Vessel’ Amadi-Myers made history in 2014 by becoming the youngest ever independent solo artist to be nominated for a MOBO Award as well as an Urban Music Award both in the same year, at just 17. Now 21, he’s had another Urban Music Award nomination, a Premier Gospel Award win and a debut album (Reflections) which peaked at #2 on the iTunes Christian chart. He has already been labelled ‘the future of UK urban music’.

J Vessel’s story behind the music video ‘Looking For Me’
“When you take a stand for something, be prepared for people to try to bring you down. Sometimes the biggest enemy of our progress is ourselves. We are the voice in our head telling us that we’re not worthy of anything good in the world because of our potentially jagged past. This song is all about moving forward in the grace God has provided believers and saying: “I’m not yet where I want to be, but I’m not where I used to be either.” That is why in the video you see the landscapes and images of me sitting on rooftops having a good time with positive friends – it’s symbolic of rising above your environment or circumstance and ploughing ahead into all God has in store for us.”
